    MISSION
Patrick Allison House, Inc. (PAH) is a transitional housing program in Baltimore City serving homeless men in recovery from addiction. Our goals are for clients to sustain sobriety, secure full-time employment, attain permanent housing, and achieve personal and community responsibility.

HISTORY
The program was established in 1986 by members and friends of The First and Franklin Street Presbyterian Church who wanted to help break the cycle of homelessness in Baltimore. Believing that meal programs and emergency shelters alone could not solve the problem, the founders opened a transitional housing facility with the goal of providing a supportive environment for men in recovery from addiction. Today PAH provides a temporary home for eight men who are rebuilding their lives and transitioning to independent living.
